CLEMSON, S.C. -- The No. 18-ranked Clemson Tigers (8-3, 6-2) secured a berth in the Atlantic Coast Conference Championship game Saturday, winning the league's Atlantic Division. The Tigers entered the day atop the division, and owned a tiebreaker advantage over Boston College, which lost to No. 24 North Carolina in Chestnut Hill. Clemson then defeated Virginia 34-21.
